The Semi-D bungalows lie low on a corner, unassuming and hidden away. The basement level is partially hidden because of the sloping lawn, and just above it hovers the ground floor.
Each bungalow revolves around a raised skylight. This is the fulcrum of the living space. It sets the scene and creates a continuous pattern of light and dancing shadows. This is undoubtedly a space for contemplation and the nurturing of wellbeing – and nowhere is this more evident than in the garden, where one finds the pool and deck area.
