DUTIES:

  • Site Assessment & Planning Advice
  • Application Management
  • Stakeholder Coordination
  • Compliance & Post-Construction Checks
  • Regulatory Awareness & Support

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:

Minimum 3-5 years experience handling PA, BCA, and compliance processes.

Proficient in AutoCAD Architecture, Microsoft Office, and PA Online Tools.

Diploma or higher in Architecture or Construction Engineering.

Experience coordinating PA, BCA and compliance processes on small to medium-sized projects and familiarity with on-site implementation of detailed work.

Strong understanding of material technology and specifications.
