    DUTIES:

    • Site Assessment & Planning Advice – Evaluate surveyed sites, prepare PA appraisals, and provide regulatory guidance at the design stage.
    • Application Management – Prepare, review, and submit planning applications, ensuring compliance with PA, BCA, and environmental regulations.
    • Stakeholder Coordination – Communicate with clients, project teams, and regulatory bodies, managing planning requests, appeals, and follow-ups.
    • Compliance & Post-Construction Checks – Conduct site measurements, prepare compliance documentation, and oversee compliance processes.
    • Regulatory Awareness & Support – Stay updated on planning laws, provide PA-related assistance for valuations and bank loans.

    QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:

    Minimum 3 years handling PA, BCA, and compliance processes.

    Proficient in AutoCAD Architecture, Microsoft Office, and PA Online Tools.

    Diploma or higher in Architecture or Construction Engineering.

    Experience coordinating PA, BCA and compliance processes on small to medium-sized projects and familiarity with on-site implementation of detailed work.

    Strong understanding of material technology and specifications.

    Able to work under pressure and holds a result’s driven personality.

    Strong communication skills in English.
