DUTIES:

  • Cost Estimating & Tendering
  • Contract & Procurement Management
  • Financial Oversight
  • Certificate of Payment (COP) Management
  • Change Management
  • Team & Stakeholder Coordination

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:

Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role.

Diploma or Bachelor’s in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management, or equivalent.

Knowledge of cost estimating software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Familiarity with contract administration standards and procurement workflows.

Excellent command of English, both verbal and written.
