DUTIES:

  • Communication & Coordination
  • Regulatory & Contextual Application
  • Design Implementation Oversight
  • Site Health & Safety Compliance
  • Cross-Team Collaboration

QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE:

Minimum of 5 years’ experience working in a construction site leadership role, either as a Site Architect or Site Foreman

For Site Architect candidates: A professional degree in Architecture or Architectural Engineering (e.g., B.Sc. or M.Arch) is required

For Site Foreman candidates: Vocational certification or diploma in construction management or a related field is considered an asset; equivalent hands-on experience will also be considered

Solid understanding of construction sequencing, material applications, and architectural detailing

Working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with project planning software is an asset
