MAPFRE MSV LIFE – OFFICES

The client wanted a refurbishment of spaces that embodies the core values of the company. Apart from that a diversity of spaces was required for the complexity of functions the company performs. From specific meeting spaces, auditorium, canteen, and syndicate rooms were required. Furthermore, an approach to bring together people at the core and flowing through the building was required in order to foster better culture.

Carcass City Bar

The client wanted to create a social space with a thriving night life for people from everywhere to come together and celebrate their time. This bar expresses the clients aims with a contextual design, and the main piece is the bar itself: the fulcrum of this social center. The second floor of the building adds a whole new layer with a more laid back environment, allowing for a more relaxed experience.

Minim Semi-D

The client wanted a living space that portrayed their image of an ideal household. The name itself minim, refers to the minimalistic but character filled design of this house, allowing it to become a home for the client. The serene outdoor area with a beautiful pool creates a social space for people to enjoy time by the pool with loved ones.

SURPRISE SEMI-D

The client wanted a spacious family home that made some space for old family heirlooms. The induction of natural light, and a feel of both natural materials and textures was an important requirement. Having functional flows and accesses through the home was a need, and having the basement function as a ground floor inducing natural light and ventilation was important.

SMART COW – OFFICES

The client wanted a space that embodies the complexity of technology and integrates it within. Apart from that the sense of wellbeing and connectedness to nature was important to complement the contextual presence of the sea. The one open space needed to also be functionally organised and divided to ensure productivity and functionality of each component.
