Carmelo-Puccia

Carmelo is an Italian Architect and 3d Artist. He obtained a master’s degree in Architecture and Building Engineering from the University “Mediterranea” of Reggio Calabria in 2013 and is a member of the Italian Chamber of Architects since 2014. He has worked in Italy as a freelancer, collaborating with a multinational Architecture & Engineering Studio and developing his own private projects. With his designs, he has won numerous design and architecture competitions.

Before joining MJMDA, he worked in a Maltese company as the Lead Architect, handling the architectural design, execution, and supervision of works on site and successfully bringing forward projects in the Middle East, Africa, UK and Norway.

He is always looking for new architectural languages. Fascinated by new technologies, he enjoys studying architectural shapes with the aim of creating comfortable and unique environments. He believes that architecture is a synthesis of art, physics, and mathematics. Since he was a child, he has been fond of everything that concerns the Arts and over the years he has specialized in 3d architecture visualization.

In his spare time, he enjoys playing sports, especially basketball, having competed in the Maltese basketball league. He loves food and above all cooking, with a strong passion for Italian cuisine.
