Following a lengthy career in the Customer Service industry, working as a Field Service Engineer, James felt he needed new challenges and motivations, therefore joined the MJMDA team in 2018. In his early years, James had already shown an interest in the construction industry, substituting concrete bricks with Lego blocks. This hidden passion for connecting different stages of construction and finishing, and seeing a project come to life, was rekindled a few years ago, when James managed some projects on a part time basis leading him to his interest and joining MJMDA.
Versatile, Dynamic and Customer oriented, James ascertains that customer expectations are met at all levels, understanding that clients put their trust with the MJMDA team for the realisation of their dream home. With his can do attitude and his experience in dealing with different personalities and conflicting deadlines, James relishes the opportunity to immerse himself in diverse projects. Apart from managing projects, James enjoys getting his hands dirty, being in possession of Electrical License A, as well as the Construction Industry Skill Card. Furthermore, James is knowledgeable with gypsum construction and finishing, as well as Health and Safety regulations.
When James is not in the office, you will find him strapped into his harness and tied to a rope, scaling Malta’s Caves and Sea cliffs. James is an avid Rock Climber, and has logged climbs in numerous countries, roping in countless new enthusiasts into the sport, and assisting the development of the sport in Malta. Apart from Climbing, James still plays competitive football, and also enjoys travelling and history, with an overall love for the outdoors.
