There is a tangible relationship between what one does and where one does it. When providing a service to clients, one’s workplace is representative of what one does and the quality of service that one offers.
This office space is representative of the financial investment sector. This is a fast-paced, adrenaline-fuelled industry, renowned for setting hearts racing. We designed the office to give its users that little bit of an extra edge every morning.
Inspired by the nature of the financial sector as well as the spatial conditions of this first-floor office, the MJMDA team forged a long-lasting link between the layout and concept.
For visitors, the red is an assault on the senses and keeps them alert to their reason for being there. The choice of colour is just one of the spatial, physiological and utilitarian elements that allow the architecture to serve its function and experiential existence.
